How do I place an order?

To place a new order, click on "Buy now", and follow the steps:

  1. Select your option
  2. Enter quantity
  3. Click "Add to cart"
  4. Click "Checkout"
  5. Enter Shipping address
  6. Select payment method
  7. Confirm payment

You will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

I want to cancel my order

Fill in the form to submit a request for cancellation for an order. Please specify the invoice no in the form.

For cancellation requests that come in after the products have been shipped, the 'Shipping & Handling' Fee will be adjusted against the refundable amount.

I want an invoice for my order

Registered users, login to "My account" and select "My Order"

For the guest checkout, the invoice will be forwarded to your email address. If you do not receive the invoice, please send an email query to quoting your order number & full name.

Subscription Orders

I want to postpone the shipment for my subscribed order

  • Step 1: Login to "My account" and select "My Subscription"
    Step 2: Click on the “Edit” under Actions
  • Step 3: Under the details, “Edit” the “Next Payment date”
  • Step 4: Click on the calendar icon and Update the date and Save
  • Step 5: The Next payment date is managed successfully

I want to cancel my subscription

  • Your subscription will renew automatically 7 days prior to your subscription period. A new order will be generated and your credit card will be charged.
  • You will also receive an email approximately 3 days before the renewal date, reminding you about the upcoming renewal date.
  • The minimum period for cancellation of a subscription is 2 cycles
  • If you do not want the subscription to renew, you have to send the cancellation request in the prescribed form before the end of the current subscription period.


When will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered within the 'Estimated Delivery Date' as committed at the time of order placement. Generally it will take 7-10 business working days depending on your address. If you have not received your order within 10 days, please send an email query to quoting your invoice number & full name.

What is your standard delivery time?

We generally deliver orders within 7-10 business working days depending on your address. You will also receive the shipment tracking details via email, once your order has been shipped.
