This agreement describes the terms and conditions of an affiliate relationship with Inid Research Lab LLC.

In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you. Wherever the agreement refers to "you" or "your", it means "the Affiliate"; "we" or "our" refers to Inid Research Lab LLC.

Commissions: You will receive an amount equal to 10 % of the net sales price received by Inid Research Lab LLC as commission for each new customer that was referred to Inid Research Lab LLC from you and purchases Continual G products from Inid Research Lab LLC via the website www.continualg.com. For a referral to generate a commission to the Affiliate, the customer will need to purchase Continual G products from Inid Research Lab LLC via the website www.continualg.com and will need to identify to Inid Research Lab LLC when ordering via a specific code or URL that Inid Research Lab LLC supplies to you and which you would provide to those customers who wish to purchase Continual G products. An Affiliate commission will not be generated in the case where a referral used an alternative promotional offer or was converted by the sales efforts of Inid Research Lab LLC. Affiliate commission is valid for customers new to Inid Research Lab LLC only and not for existing customers of Inid Research Lab LLC.

Promotional Offer: Inid Research Lab LLC may offer your customers a [discount or free offer] on Continual G products. The customer will receive this promotional offer by using the unique promo code that Inid Research Lab LLC supplies to you. This offer is valid for new Inid Research Lab LLC customers only and not existing Inid Research Lab LLC customers (or renewals thereof).

Payment: Inid Research Lab LLC will provide a monthly summary to the Affiliate and payment via PayPal for the applicable commissions within a 45-day payment cycle.

Affiliate Customers: Customers who purchase products or services from Inid Research Lab LLC through the Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of Inid Research Lab LLC. Accordingly, all Inid Research Lab LLC rules, policies, and operating procedures concerning customer terms of service will apply to those customers. We may change our policies and operating procedures at any time. Prices of our products may vary from time to time.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time for any reason. Any credits due to an Affiliate at the time of termination will remain in force.

Relationship of Parties: You and we are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You and we will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict this statement. In no event will Inid Research Lab LLC be liable to the Affiliate for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to, compensatory damages, lost profits, lost data or any form of special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind whether based on breach of contract or warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if Inid Research Lab LLC is informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.

Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under to this Agreement.

Disclaimers: We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or your potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. Any disputes between the parties to this agreement which involves interpretations of the terms of this agreement shall be submitted to arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and the finding of the Arbitrator shall be binding on all parties. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to the conflicts of law provisions thereof.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.

Earn commission

Each new referral sale on the first purchase makes you eligible for a commission stated as under which will be reflected in your Affiliate account accordingly.

The commission is subject to a 90-day cookie window. The cookie window is "the time period over which you can earn a commission on items added to the cart"

This means that Affiliates have exactly 90 days to seal the deal, once a link has been clicked. However, if a purchase is made after this period, it does not qualify for a commission.
