I ordered this continual G drink mix more out of curiousity than anything. (I do that some times) Normall in our house when people get sick, we drink Liquid IV and when I saw this product listed in the same area as that product, I wanted to see if there is the same type of benefit (increased hydration, boost to energy and better overall healthy feeling).
This product does NOT mix well. I tried using a milk frother to see if that would help, but it was no good. However, the taste is on par with the lemon lime flavor of Liquid IV, I actually prefer it! During the winter months when the weather won't make up it's mind as to what season it is, it's important to have a quality immune system. This product tastes decent, has good ingredients and is easy to take and digest. I have had no bad side effects while using this, my body feels well hydrated and I appreciate the ingredients in the product.
I do think the price is high, but I imagine it's due to the quaity of the ingredients in the mix. I do like this and even my teenage daughter will drink it w/out complaint. I don't know what other reviewers are drinking when they say this is gross, because IMO this is better than Gatorade by far, and the ingredients are WAY better for you, too.
The taste and quality are a big plus. It tastes like real lemonade and not a sugary drink masked as lemonade. The downside is that it’s difficult to stir with a spoon and even with a frother. Yes, I tried a frother and was left with lumps still.
I like that glyteine is a natural way to produce glutathione in the body. Glyteine is a preformed version of gamma-glutamylcysteine (GGC), the first step in the production of glutathione. It helps with fighting oxidative stress and also helps boost immunity.
This product is also certified by Informed Sport, which means the ingredients match the label.
I find it quite expensive since you're supposed to take 2 packs per day, so at the fine of writing this review it's $3.60 per day of you subscribe on amazon, or $4.30 per day if you buy it once.
Its a 5 stars product but due to difficulty to stir and the cost, I'm giving it 3 stars.
I bought this product that was recommended by my holistic doctor because of the amino acid benefits to human cellular health. So far so good. It also has a very pleasant lime flavor and is sugar free which is a benefit since I am a type 1 diabetic ( insulin injection dependent ) great product.
Paid $56 in fees. Also tired of annoying emails asking to write this review.
I tried continual G for the first time recently and was impressed with the strength of it and will definitely be ordering more of it in the future!

What about N-acetylcysteine (NAC)?
Glutathione and NAC cannot increase cellular glutathione levels above homeostasis and above homoeostasis is what is needed to alleviate chronic oxidative stress. Claims to increase glutathione in plasma and whole blood (plasma plus cells) are misleading as they are not evidence of increased cellular glutathione levels.

How much Glyteine® should I take and when?
The recommended dosage of Continual-G® with Glyteine® inside is one drink sachet taken twice a day, or 2 capsules twice a day - ideally taken about 12 hours apart. The absorption of Glyteine® is not dependent on food consumption. Glyteine® is completely natural and safe, and no adverse effects have been reported during our clinical study.
